General Debate statements are public statements published by the United Nations at gadebate.un.org; this archive aims to make them easier to find, read, and compare. It is maintained voluntarily and non-commercially, on a personal basis, and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the United Nations or any other organization. Feedback is welcome.
